Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you decide SiteICO is not right for you, just cancel before the trial ends — you will never be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.
What happens when I hit my site limit?
You will receive a notification before reaching your limit. When you hit it, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or remove an existing site to free up a slot. Existing sites are never deleted automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund.
